Since summer days have longer daylight, in fact, mostly bright for the entire 24 hours, they provide a myriad moments for various outdoor activities such as fishing. So even in the night, we could take a short drive here and there and try casting the line over the river or lake. Sometimes even though we couldn't catch any fish, the replenishing feeling of being a part of nature is worth the time and the rides of getting to different spots in the heart of nature.
One more time, I'm archiving my photo memories of our early fishing expeditions this summer. More frequently, hubby would do the fishing while I would look around in search of something nice to photograph.
Midsummer fishing in a nearby village,
I spotted this other fisher as we were leaving the area and took this drive-by shot.
We moved on to a harbor close by,
This is at a later time and in another place which is a nature reserve called Strömbäck-Kont in Umeå.
The flora thriving on this rocky shoreline,
The sundew in macro shots,
A small lake along the way,
Finally, this blog is done. It's been a pleasure being out there and jotting the memory down here.
I still have many wonderful summer activities and travels queued up for my memoir, but I find it hard to keep up with the pace of time, especially with all the things that must take priority in this fast-flowing stream of time.
I hope everything will be taken care of sooner or later.
